Frequently Asked Questions |
What do I look for in buying a humidor?
|
|
Starting from the inside of the box, look for details liked perfectly squared and fitted seams. Gaps provide an exit for moisture. Spanish cedar is the best wood for the interior of a humidor and it should be unfinished. There should be an "inner lip" protruding from the top of the side above in to the lid to help prevent the exchange of moisture. The lid should close sufficiently tight, and be a uniform fit (no sign of warping).

Oliva Serie O Cigars |
Oliva Serie O is made in the original Cuban tradition of growing the same habano seed in multiple regions of the country to produce a unique blend. The Serie O blend was achieved by groing Habano in Esteli, Condega and Jalapa Valley. Hand rolled with a Nicaraguan Puro filler and wrapped in the Sun Grown Habano. Medium to full bodied with hints of spice and rich cedar. Puros should age at humidity levels of 70-78% to preserve the natural oils. |
