The Oliva Brand was created by Melanio Oliva and his family. Originated in Cuba, his son's moved the cigar operation to Nicaragua and is the second largest grower of Cuban seed tobacco in that country. The brand then took off in the early 90's, receiving many high ratings. The first line of cigars was the Flor de Oliva line, then branched out with a variety of cigars from mild to master blends. The Oliva Nub cigar is the newest release by Oliva and are nub like cigars - short and sweet.

Oliva Serie O Cigars |
Oliva Serie O is made in the original Cuban tradition of growing the same habano seed in multiple regions of the country to produce a unique blend. The Serie O blend was achieved by groing Habano in Esteli, Condega and Jalapa Valley. Hand rolled with a Nicaraguan Puro filler and wrapped in the Sun Grown Habano. Medium to full bodied with hints of spice and rich cedar. Puros should age at humidity levels of 70-78% to preserve the natural oils. |
